If you decide that the saddle does not meet your needs, you will be responsible for return shipping and full value insurance. If we do not hear from you within the 5 day period, the saddle will be considered sold and the sale will be processed. Please note that all consignment saddle sales are final unless a trial has been arranged.
If you need to extend the trial period by an extra day or two, you must let us know before the original 5 day trial period is over.

Returns
Due to multiple parties, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. This means that the actual stock could fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that you will not receive your order after it's been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. If you haven't received your item within the 30 days period, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
Your item must be in its original packaging and be unused. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
