Our warehouse personnel are well trained and will be able to pack the items according to our exact and precise specifications. Before shipping, all goods are carefully examined and securely secured. Orders with more than one item are given processing time according to each item.
Before shipping, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Due to multiple parties, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. This means that the actual stock could fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that you will not receive your order after it's been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. If you haven't received your item within the 30 days period, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
Your item must be in its original packaging and be unused. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
